<![CDATA[This research examines and discovers the implication of profitability on firm value, and dividend policy as mediating effect at mining companies which are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2009-2016 with total samples, 5 companies. This study using path analysis to solve the problem with the help of SPSS 24. The result shows that Profitability and dividend policy have positive effect and significant on firm value, Profitability has negative effect on dividend policy, and dividend policy has no mediating effect between profitability and firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Consumer Purchase Interests in Tambourine NS, and to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously of each variable, so that the data analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with test t and F test. In this study, the population was 35 regular customers of tambourine NS products using saturated samples. Data collection was carried out by giving a list of questions to respondents, namely regular customers tambourine NS. Based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression tests produce that Product Quality and Price Simultaneously influence 7.625 with a significance of 0.000. While the partial test results of Product Quality partially influence 4,322 with a significance of 0,000 results. another case with Prices which partially does not affect the Consumer Purchase Interest. The most dominant variable in influencing consumer purchase interest is product quality.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives to performance Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang. The population in this study was the entire personnel of the Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang amounting to 230 people. The sample is used as many as 40 personnel Bhabinkamtibmas who are the rank of Bripka. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and questionnaire list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from a partial test of guidance to significant impact on performance. Partial testing of facilities has significant effect on performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives has significant effect on performance.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the work motivation, organizational culture and competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan. The population in this study is all teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Aek Kanopan that amounted to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from the partial testing influence of work motivation to the performance of the teacher obtained the value of sig (2 tailed) amounting to 0.005 smaller than a 0.05, then the motivation is declared a significant effect on the performance of teachers . A partial testing of organizational culture influences the teacher's performance gained a sig value of 0.003 smaller than a 0.05, hence the organizational culture revealed to be a significant impact on teacher performance. A partial test of competency influence on the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.022 smaller than a 0.05, so it is stated that the competency has significant effect on the teacher's performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of work Motiovasi, organizational culture and competency in the teacher's performance obtained a sig value of 0.000 smaller than a 0.05, then expressed work motivation, organizational culture and competencies are significant effect on Teacher's performance.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used an explanatory research design. The population of this research were all employees of Bank Indonesia Jember Representative Office consisting of 69 organic and non organic employees. The type of data analysis of this research was path analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Z) of 50,2%, organizational culture (X) having a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) of 29,2%, job satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) by 34,4%, organizational culture (X) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z) of 46,4%.]]>

<![CDATA[Pamos Shop Mojokerto is an outlet business that sells a variety of women's needs. This outlet sales have decreased during 2019. The comparison between sales of products by online and offline are 65%:35%. In this study, authors wanted to find out the effect of social media marketing and product display on sales increases at Mojokerto Pamos Shop. This study uses a multiple linear regression research model by accidental sampling to get the samples. Data collected by distributing questionnaires that containing 18 statement items to 100 respondents. The techniques that uses to data processing are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the effect of social media marketing and product display on sales increases at Mojokerto Pamos shops was 30.3%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, two variables are influence by simultaneously on sales increases. However, partial test results show that only product display variables have a significant effect on sales increases. The test results also show that product display has a more dominant influence on sales increase. This shows that so far Pamos Shop Mojokerto must has maximized social media marketing in an effort to increase sales.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe use of server-based electronic money is one of the most popular non-cash payment systems in use today. The form of server-based electronic money is e-wallet / digital wallet. E-wallet can be used to transact by customers, if the merchant provides an application Same e-wallet to customers. This made Bank Indonesia, as the regulator of the payment system, issue a new payment channel namely; QRIS (QR Code Indonesia Standard). The use of QRIS is used to standardize all e-wallets applications that use the QR Code system to conduct payment transactions. This study examines how the application of QRIS to UMKM in Medan, and describes the roles, constraints, and income of UMKM s in the presence of QRIS. The research method used is interviews and literature studies with UMKM traders who have used QRIS as a payment tool in their characters. This research indicates that QRIS has benefits for UMKM traders.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study are to determine the influence of intellectual ability and work decipline on employee performance at Kantor Kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar. The research was done by using the design of library and field research. The research method used is the causality method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The sources of data used in this research are primary and secondary. The population in this study were all employee which amounted to 46 employees. The datawere collected through questionnaire, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is qualitative and descriptive quantitative analysis which consists of multiple linear regression, correlation test and test of determination and hypothesis. Theresults of this study can be summarized are the intellectual ability, the work discipline and the employee performance are good. Then the intellectual ability have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance. Next work descipline have a positive and significant influence to the employee performance.]]>
